Dear Ladies,

I am here to let you in on a secret. Men or women, whoever you choose to date, will treat you how you let them treat you. If you allow yourself to be walked on, used, cheated on, disrespected, that is exactly what will happen. How is the person you’re with suppose to respect you if you don’t even respect you?

I have been guilty of this myself, on both ends. I have treated girls badly because they have let me and I have let girls treat me badly because I let them. A relationship is about trust, security, compromise but most importantly, equality.

A relationship cannot and will not work out if the people involved do not see each other as equals. Both individuals are worthy of time, dedication, and respect. Always remember that.

Never let anyone make you feel like you’re not worth that. You are.
